It’s YouTube’s Fault!
McCrea said the boys were trying to copy a stunt they saw on the video sharing Web site, YouTube, where a man in a banana suit lights himself on fire. She warned other parents to closely monitor the online activities of their children and wants YouTube to tighten its user guidelines. She believes YouTube is partially to blame for her son’ pain.
This is getting wild. The kid, aged 13, sees a stunt video on YouTube and decides to recreate it. Now the mother is blaming YouTube? Are you serious? How about you take responsibilty for not teaching your child common sense and consequences. Where is the parental responsibilty in this country? Parents want to blame music, video games, movies, athletes, and now the internet for everything their child does. If your kid is dense enough to attempt LIGHTING HIMSELF ON FIRE… then you failed and need to take the parenting L.
